John Smith is a plumber that incorporates using pipe wrenches as one of the main tools in his day to day job. As years passed by, John has tried various types of pipe wrenches, all of which he seems to have difficulty utilizing the locking mechanism. At his age and since he is suffering from constant tendonitis, the rudimentary locking mechanism that requires extra time and effort did not seem to work for him anymore.
Some customers started complaining to the company that he was taking longer than other plumbers to do the job. When the company questioned John about the reason for his constant tardiness, he explained that his wrist pains make it hard for him to utilize the locking mechanism of the older version pipe wrenches without suffering. He also added that he is capable of finishing his work on time if there exists a solution that will facilitate the operating the locking mechanism on pipe wrenches.

The solution to get John back on track was to make him try EZ Wrench, which has an easier locking mechanism than regular pipe wrenches. On his first job using EZ Wrench, John finished the job faster than usual explaining how easier it was to use the tool and recommending his boss to make others try it too. As he got used to the tool, he was finishing the job faster than anyone and was able to perform harder tasks. Looking at the results his boss decided to make a switch in his company, he substituted all his current pipe-wrenches with EZ Wrenches, which has helped with performance and customer satisfaction.
